Dry onion capsicum bhujia
How to make Dry onion capsicum bhujia:-
Dry onion capsicum bhujia is a dish famous in north India and it can be eaten as breakfast with roti, paratha or it can be eaten as a main course with dal and rice. This mouth watering dish is very simple to cook. so, lets start how to make this recipe.
Ingredients for the recipe:-
- Green capsicum - 2 medium
- Onion - 1 large
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Maggi masala powder - 1 pouch
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
Directions for making recipe:-
1. Firstly, wash the capsicum, onion and cut it into long pieces.
2. Then heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and when it began to crackle, then add capsicum.
3. Saute the capsicum for 8 to 10 minutes and add sliced onion, turmeric powder, maggi masala powder and salt as per taste.
4. Now, saute it for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame.
5. Now, Dry capsicum onion bhujia is ready. Enjoy it with roti, paratha or rice and dal or as of your choice.
