Pasta/Tomato pasta/ Macaroni/Indian style pasta recipe
How to make pasta/tomato pasta/Macaroni:-
Pasta is an Italian food and it is very famous in Italy. In India people as well as kids love eat to pasta. It can be eaten as the evening snacks with tea. There are different types of pasta available in the market and they have different names according to there shapes like spaghetti, noodle, macaroni. It is very simple and easy to cook with the regular ingredients available in your kitchen and it takes very less time to cook. So, let's learn how to make Macaroni or pasta.
Ingredients for making pasta:-
- Pasta - 150 gm
- Green capsicum - 1 (sliced)
- Onion - 1 medium (finely chopped)
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
- Water - 2 cups
- Pasta masala powder - 1 pouch
- Green chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
- Salt as per taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Method for making pasta:-
1. Firstly, boil pasta in 2 cups of water on medium flame for 5 to 8 minutes.
2. After that strain all the water from the pasta and keep the pasta aside and cool it.
3. In the next process, heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, green chilli, capsicum and stir fry for 1 minute.
4. Now, add chopped tomato and saute till it gets soft.
5. Then, add turmeric powder, pasta masala powder, salt as per taste and stir fry for 1/2 minute on medium flame.
6. Further, add pasta and saute for 1 minute. Garnish with the fresh chopped coriander leaves and enjoy with your family.
