Spicy coconut chutney for idli and dosa/Raw coconut chutney
How to make Spicy coconut chutney:-

Hey guys, i am Sonam and welcome in my cooking blog. Guys, today i will share spicy coconut chutney which is made from raw coconut. Coconut chutney is mostly consumed with south Indian food like idli, dosa, vada and it tastes very delicious. Coconut chutney is very quick, healthy, easy and light recipe and takes very less amount of time to make. As we all know that coconut is very healthy for our body and it helps in insulin formation, improves our digestive system, beneficial for our skin and hair, promotes weight loss, good for our kidney and bladder functioning and it has many vitamins and minerals which is very essential for our body. Coconut water is very beneficial for pregnant women and coconut is best choice for vegetarians. Coconut chutney is huge hits with south Indian foods and women prefer to make this chutney because it takes very less time to make and it is made from regular ingredients also. Raw coconut is also used in different types of sweet dishes in all over India like in kheer, sheer khurma , thekua, gajar halwa and it is also used for making coconut laddoo. So, friends without wasting time let's start making coconut chutney.

Ingredients for making Coconut chutney:-
→ Raw coconut - 1 (remove outer cover)
→ Garlic - 3 to 4 cloves
→ Green chilli - 2 pieces
→ Water - 1 cup
→ Salt - as required
For tempering or tadka:-
→ Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
→ Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
→ Curry leaves - 5 to 8
Directions for making Coconut chutney:-
1. Firstly, remove all the outer cover of the coconut.
2. Now, cut all the coconut into small pieces.
3. Now, in a mixer jar add chopped coconut, garlic, green chilies, salt and half cup water.
4. Next, blend it and make a smooth paste.
5. Now, transfer all the chutney in a bowl from mixer jar.
6. Add remain half cup of water into it to adjust the consistency and make a pouring consistency.
7. In the next process, we will prepare the tempering for chutney.
8. For tempering heat oil in tadka pan and add mustard seeds and when it began to crackle then add curry leaves.
9. Turn off the flame and pour all the tadka solution over the chutney and mix it very well.
10. Now, your spicy coconut chutney is ready to eat, serve this chutney with dosa, idli or vada and enjoy.
