Directions for making dahi puri:-

1. First of all, heat a pan and when it gets perfectly heated then add cumin seeds and roast it without oil on low flame for 1 minute.

2. Now, transfer all the roasted cumin seeds, cool it, blend and make a smooth powder.

7. After that, put generous amount of green chutney in all the puris.

8. Now, add some potato stuffing in all puris.

9. Next put little amount of sweet chutney in golgappa puris.

10. After that, add generous amount of chopped onion and sprinkle roasted cumin seeds powder on all over the puris.

11. Next, pour some amount of dahi(yogurt) on top of the pani puri. As it's name is dahi puri so, you can add more curd according to your taste.
