Paneer pakoda/Indian style paneer pakoda
How to make Paneer pakoda/Indian style paneer pakoda:-
As we know Paneer is very nutritious for our body. We can make Paneer in different style. Paneer pakoda is very healthy, simple, quick and delicious dish that can be served as snacks with tea and we can also serve this as a starter. In India when rainy season comes people enjoy Paneer Pakoda as a evening snacks. Paneer is very common ingredient which is almost available in everyone's kitchen and it is used in various types of dishes. Paneer Pakora made from the regular ingredient available in your kicthen. So, no need to worry about it because it is very simple to cook and takes very less time. so, let's learn how to make this.
Ingredients for making crunchy paneer pakoda:-
➤ Paneer - 250 gm
➤ Gram flour - 100 gm
➤ Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
➤ Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
➤ Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
➤ Salt as required
➤ Garam masala powder - 1tbsp
➤ Rice flour - 3 to 4 tbsp
➤ Rice flour - 3 to 4 tbsp
➤ Water - 1/2 cup
➤ Oil - for frying pakora
Directions for making recipe:-
⬜ Firstly, cut paneer into medium cubes.
⬜ After that in a bowl, take gram flour, rice flour,
add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt as required and mix all ingredients together.
⬜ Now in the next process add little water in the mixture and mix it well. If need pour some more water and there should be no lumps remain in the batter.
⬜ Further, heat oil in a kadhai/pan for 4 to 5 minutes.
⬜ Now, deep the paneer cubes in the batter, put in the pan/kadhai carefully and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
⬜ When the pakodas get golden brown colour from one side then flip it and cook from other side for 1 or 2 minutes.
⬜ Flip in between all the pakodas for 1 or more than 2 times till they get golden brown colour as all the pakadas look like.
⬜ Take it out all the pakodas on kitchen paper towel. Now the crunchy Paneer Pakodas are ready to eat. So, serve hot Paneer Pakodas in a serving plate and enjoy with the cup of tea or green chutney or tomato sauce or as of your choice and share your experience with me.
