Bhindi dry/masala bhindi
How to make masala bhindi/dry bhindi:-
Masala bhindi is one of the popular north Indian dish. Children don't like bhindi at all, In the chidhood days i also hate bhindi and don't want to it but now i love to this. I assure if you will make bhindi like this then then your children become big fan of yours. Masala bhindi is very simple and easy to make and take very less time to cook. Masala bhindi can be serve pooris, rotis and parathas as of your choice.
Ingredients for masala bhindi:-
- Ladies finger( bhindi) - 250 gm
- Onion - 2 medium (chopped)
- Green chilli - 1(chopped)
- Oil - 3 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder -1/2 tbsp
- Maggi masala - 1 pouch
- Salt as per taste
Directions for making masala bhindi fry:-
2. now, turn on the flame and heat oil in kadai/pan.
3. After 2 to 3 minutes, add cumin seeds and when it begans to crackle, add chopped green chilli.
4. After that, add chopped ladies finger(bhindi), stir in between for 5 to 6 times.
5. when the bhindi(ladies finger) is half cooked then add chopped onion, add maggi masala, add turmeric powder, add red chilli powder and salt as required.
6. Further, fry bhindi till the bhindi(ladies finger) get soft.
7. Now, masala bhindi fry is ready. Serve hot with roti, chappati and pooris of your choice ,enjoy it and share your experience with me.
