Amchur Ki Chutney/Amchur Ki Khatti Mithi Chutney/Dry mango powder ki chutney
How to make Amchoor powder ki khatti mithi chutney:-

Hello guys, i am sonam and welcome in my cooking blog. Today i will tell you the recipe of Amchoor khatti mithi chutney which is made from dry mango powder or amchoor powder. This chutney is used in almost every household of India from north to south and east to west. It is mostly eaten with the dishes like samosa, kachori, sev puri, dahi puri, chaat, dahi vade or vhalle and many more. Once you make this khatti mithi chutney then you can store this chutney in refrigerator for long time( 1 or 2 weeks). This delicious chutney is made from regular ingredients available in everyone's kitchen and it is very simple ,quick and easy to make and takes very less time to prepare. In weekends when i plan to make some special dishes like chaat or dahi puri or sev puri then i always make dry mango powder chutney and use this chutney and trust me guys it enhances the taste of my dishes. So, friends let's start the procedure of making recipe.
Ingredients for making Khatti mithi chutney:-
- Dry mango powder - 3 tbsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Black salt - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 100 gm
Directions for making Khatti mithi chutney:-
1. Firstly, heat pan and add cumin seeds and roast it without oil on low flame for 1 minutes.
2. Now, transfer all the roasted cumin seeds into a plate and let it cool.
3. When it get cool then blend and make smooth powder.
4. After that, in bowl take dry mango powder(amchoor powder) and mix it well. Keep it mind that there should no lumps left in it.
5. Now, heat oil in a pan and when oil gets perfectly heated then add cumin seeds.
6. When cumin seeds began to crackle then add solution of water and dry mango powder(amchur powder).
7. After that, add black salt, roasted cumin seeds powder, red chilli powder, sugar, salt and stir for 1/2 minute on low medium flame.
8. Now, add water and cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep in mind that the chutney should not be too thick because after cooling it will become more thick automatically.
9. Turn off the flame and transfer all the chutney from kadai to a bowl and let it cool.
10. Amchur ki khatti mithi chutney is ready to eat now. You can eat this chutney with dahi vhalle, dahi vade, sev puri, dahi puri, chaat and many more dishes. You can store this chutney for long time(1 or 2 weeks) in refrigerator.
