How to make buttermilk/ chaas/tak recipe in Indian style:-

Hello friends, welcome back in cooking blog. Friends, today i am going to share a refreshing drink for summers that is home made spicy buttermilk. Friends, buttermilk is a drink which is a type of milk product which is mostly taken in a day hours in summer season. Buttermilk is a very popular summer drink in all over in India and in different reasons it is known by various names. Buttermilk have many health benefits like it cools our stomach after having spicy food, it improves our digestive system, work as fat cutter, give reliefs from acidity, prevents from cancer and dehydration, helps in lowering the cholesterol level and it has plenty of essential nutrients which improves our health. So, in summer season we should include this refreshing drink after having meal in our daily routine. Friends it is very easy and simple to make even any bachelor or kid can make and it is made from the normal ingredients which easily available in everyone's kitchen. So, friends let's learn the process of making spicy buttermilk.
Ingredients for making Masala chaas(buttermilk):-

Ingredients for making Masala chaas(buttermilk):-
- Yogurt(dahi) - 1 cup
- Fresh coriander leaves - 2 tbsp(finely chopped)
- Black salt - as required
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Green chilli - 2 finely chopped
- Water - 2 cups
- Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp
Directions for making masala chaas(spicy buttermilk):-
1. Firstly, heat a pan and roast cumin seeds without oil on medium flame for 2 minutes until it get golden brown.
2. After that, Keep it aside and cool it.
3. After cooling it, put in a mixer jar, blend it and make a smooth powder.
4. Now, in a mixer jar take chopped coriander leaves,add black salt, yogurt(dahi), chopped green chilli, roasted cumin powder, chopped ginger, blend it and make a smooth paste.
5. Now, add water as needed and mix it very well.
6. Masala chaas is ready to take. Enjoy it after your meal or with your meal.
